About the job

We’re looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Director to help us plan and execute a large-scale project that meets client objectives. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of digital marketing, management, and customer success experience and comprehensive knowledge of paid media. The role also requires a deep understanding of marketing strategies, as well as a drive to deliver solutions that make a difference.

What you will be doing:

• Lead development of marketing strategy by working closely with clients, managers, creatives, content providers, and software partners to create effective plans focused on meeting program objectives
• Manage conception, development, and implementation of marketing plans and strategy, product
concepts, and promotional programs to drive customer interest and sales
• Analyzes target market information to identify and recommend effective marketing approaches
• Identifies new market segments that will benefit from company products
• Prepares effective advertising campaigns based on market research
• Forecasts, drafts, implements, and oversees the department’s operating budget
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA or master's degree preferred
• Successful track record in senior marketing role and campaign creation
• Experience in digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Thorough understanding of marketing strategies and practices
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Must be located in the Washington DC area and willing to commute to the company location
